1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ARchaser's debt collection platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
ARchaser provides a SaaS platform for debt collection management, including:
- Automated collection workflows and communication
- Customer portal and dispute management
- Analytics and reporting tools
- Integration with payment processing systems
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Transmit malicious code or attempt to breach security
- Interfere with the service or other users' access
- Use the service for illegal debt collection practices
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:
- Pay all fees when due
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals
- Pay any applicable taxes
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have permission to process customer data
- Complying with applicable data protection laws
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Securing access to your account and data
7. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ARchaser and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
ARchaser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- Your access to the service will cease
- You must export your data within 30 days
- We will delete your data after the export period
- Any unpaid fees remain due
